About me

I have always been drawn to stories. For more than twenty years, I’ve known that my path was to sit alongside others as they navigate the ups and downs of life. To me, therapy isn’t just a career; it is a calling rooted in genuine curiosity and a belief that everyone can benefit from intentional support from a dedicated professional.

We are all unique in what we bring to therapy so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw on my extensive psychotherapy and counselling training—including an MA in Counselling and a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice—to tailor our sessions to your specific needs.

For your peace of mind, I am an Accredited Registrant with the NCPS and an Individual Member of the BACP. I adhere to their ethical frameworks, ensuring that our work together is safe, confidential, and held to the highest professional standards.

I love learning and am committed to ongoing CPD ensuring my practice and skills are up to date and that my knowledge and expertise are continually being challenged and broadened.

When I’m not working, I find my own sense of perspective by being outdoors. I’m a firm believer in celebrating the small, quiet moments—the things that ground us when life feels fast or overwhelming.
