Online Therapy

Space to figure things out, from your own space.

When you are already feeling emotionally exhausted and overwhelmed by the logistics of traditional therapy shouldn’t feel like another thing to add to your to-do list.

Choosing online therapy means you don’t have to choose a professional based simply on who is closest to your office or home. Instead, you can prioritise finding the right fit for you. It allows you to protect a space that’s your own each week for genuine reflection, showing up exactly as you are from an environment where you already feel safe.

I offer focussed online therapy designed to fit seamlessly into your life allowing you to step back, untangle external pressures and find a clearer way forward on your own terms.

How it works

  • The 15-min intro call

We meet briefly via a secure Google Meet link. It’s a free, informal, zero-pressure space to say hello, talk through what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and see if we click.

  • Securing your space

If we decide to work together, we will find a regular weekly time slot that works for your schedule. To keep things simple and confirm your booking, I will send over the meeting link for your session once your payment has been received via bank transfer.

  • Show up as you are

At our session time, you simply click the link from a quiet, private room. No waiting rooms, no commutes, just a dedicated, confidential space focused entirely on helping you hear your own voice again.

Practicalities & Investment

  • Session Length: 50 minutes

  • Frequency: Weekly

  • Investment: £60 per session (payable in advance)

What platform do you use, and how do I join?

I use Google Meet for all online sessions. It is secure, reliable and user-friendly. You don't need to download any special software or create an account. Once payment is received, before each session, you will receive a calendar invite with a direct link. You simply click it from your laptop, tablet, or smartphone to join me.

What do I need to prepare for an online session?

To get the most out of our work together, all you need is a reliable internet connection and a private, comfortable space where you can speak freely without being overheard or interrupted. Some clients find it helpful to wear headphones for an extra layer of privacy and to block out any external background noise.

Is online therapy as effective as in-person therapy?

Yes, clinical studies show that online psychotherapy is just as effective as sitting in the same room. Many adults in their 20s and 30s actually find it more impactful because it removes the clinical barrier. It allows you to speak completely without a filter because you are in your own familiar, grounded surroundings.
