Questioning the life you’ve built?
Online and Walk & Talk Therapy to help you find clarity in your relationships, your work and yourself so life finally feels more like your own.
When you’ve spent your life ticking the right boxes and meeting everyone else’s expectations it is easy to lose sight of what you actually want. You might find yourself successful on paper but quietly drowning under the pressure to keep everyone else happy.
When you are stuck in a place where you can’t see the wood for the trees, everything can feel a bit much to hold alone. I provide a calm, grounded space to help you step back, untangle what’s going on and find a clearer way forward at your own pace. If you would like to explore how we might work together, you can book a free introductory call here.
Welcome, I’m Ann.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I work collaboratively with you to make sense of what you’re experiencing. Whether you are standing at a crossroads in life, navigating the heavy layers of bereavement and hidden loss, or trying to untangle patterns of perfectionism and people-pleasing that have held you back for years, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I offer an authentic, down to earth space where we can separate your worth from your performance, helping you build the insights and confidence needed to live a life that feels genuinely your own.
