We all have moments where life feels overwhelming; times when you can’t see the wood for the trees. When you’re caught in the middle of a difficult season, it’s hard to know which way to turn or what even matters most.

My goal is to provide a calm, non-judgmental space where we can step back together. By gaining a bit of distance and perspective, we can begin to clear the path forward, helping you reconnect with the bigger picture of your life.

How I work

Whether you are seeking short-term counselling to navigate a specific challenge or longer-term psychotherapy to explore your life and experiences, I offer a flexible approach where we can work at your pace moving from immediate relief to lasting, meaningful change.

Using the phrase ‘can’t see the wood for the trees’ in my practice is intentional as I myself used these words as a way of explaining to my therapist how I was feeling about all that was going on in my life at the time. I understand firsthand that sometimes you just need a safe space to talk through life and to find your feet again with the encouragement and support of a professional cheering you on.
